FAQ
-
Where are the yachts located?
We serve West Palm Beach, Ft. Lauderdale, and Miami in Florida. Our yachts are most often located at a marina and usually have easy and free parking.
-
Do you do overnight (Term) charters?
Our main focus is day charters. Some of our vessels do accommodate overnight charters. These cannot be booked online but we encourage you to send us a message or give us a call!
-
Why is it 13 passengers max?
While many of vessels could easily fit more than 13 people, the US Coast Guard mandates that no more than 12 can be on board a paid charter at any time. This does not include the charterer thus the 13 max. If your party is in the 30-50 people range you can look into booking more touristy catamarans. If your party is in the 20-25 people range, you could consider doing a double yacht charter (booking 2 vessels for 26 max). Please contact us if questions.
-
Alternate pickup/dropoff locations?
Some of our vessels do accommodate alternative pickup and dropoff locations but most often incur a fee for doing so.
-
Who will be my captain?
All of our charters come with a licensed captain. Once your reservation is confirmed we will send you a pickup/dropoff guide with the captain’s information.
We do not allow charterers to captain the vessels themselves.
-
Is anything prohibited?
We ask that shoes are not worn onboard to protect the vessel and no red wine for the same reason.
-
What will we do during the charter?
Most of our charters cruise the local area and find a spot to drop the anchor to go swimming. If you would like to go to the ocean please let us know in advance. It depends on proximity to an inlet and sea conditions.

What is the Cancellation Policy?
Free cancellations until 5 days before the booking start date.
50% refund of booking charges for cancellations between 2-5 days before the booking start date.
Booking charges for cancellations within 2 days of the booking start date are non-refundable.
Regarding inclement weather, our policy is rain or shine. The only situation in which a charter would be cancelled resulting in a 100% refund would be if wind speeds are in excess of 30 knots or if a named storm is announced by the NOAA.
